1986-093-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 85-018 passed on the
RESOLUTION NO.
86-093
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 85-018 passed on the 26th day
of February, 1985, select and appoint the Liberty National
Bank in Paris, Paris, Texas as the City depository; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the persons authorized
to act on behalf of the City of Paris in withdrawing funds
from said depository be designated; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Director of Finance and the City Manager of
the City of Paris are designated as the cosignatories for
withdrawal of funds from the City of Paris depository and in
the absence or disability of eithe~ T. K. Haynes, John Buss
and Joe McCollum are appointed as alternate cosignatories
for withdrawal of City of Paris funds from said depository,
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1986,
