WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, and it is
necessary to fill such vacancy, and the Acting City Manager
of the City of Paris, T. K. Haynes, does hereby recommend
the appointment of Tommy Haynes to serve a term of fifteen
(15) months, beginning October 1, 1986, and ending December
31, 1987, and has submitted the name of such person to the
City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Tommy Haynes, to serve as a
member of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris,
for a term of fifteen (15) months, beginning October 1,
1986, and ending December 31, 1987, be, and the same is
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1986.
