1986-088-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 11th day of August, 1986 authorize
RESOLUTION NO. 86-088
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 11th day of August, 1986 authorize a
project of construction entitled North Interceptor Reha-
bilitation; and,
WHEREAS,
completion of
hereto; and,
the easement description necessary for the
said project is shown on Exhibit A attached
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easement is necessary for said improvement
project and that the same should be condemned; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent
domain proceedings to condemn the above described property
to be used for North Interceptor Rehabilitation.

SITUATED approximately 5.0 miles N 21 E from the City of Paris,
County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Thomas Askins Survey
A-6, being a part of a 224,78 acre tract of land conveyed Richard B.
Swint and wife, Susan B. Swint by deed recorded in Volume 532, Page
182, dated December 30, 1971, of the Deed Records of said County and
State and being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of said Swint
tract, said point being in the North Boundary Line of a 25 acre tract
of land conveyed Vivian Green by deed recorded in Volume 630, Page
790, dated December 1, 1980, of said Deed Records, said point being N
88 51' 15" W with the Swint-Green common Boundary Line a distance of
708,6 feet from a 12" diameter hackberry tree, said tree being the
Southeasternmost Southeast Corner of the Swint tract, said corner
being the Northeast Corner of the Green tract, said corner being in
the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road;
THENCE N 88 51' 15" W with the Swint-Green common Boundary Line a
distance of 41.6 feet, at 20,8 feet passing through survey station

THENCE N 60 01' 30" W a distance of 26.B feet, a point;
THENCE N 48 42' E a distance of 42.2 feet, a point;
THENCE S 60 01' 30" E a distance of 29,8 feet, a point;
THENCE S 15 01' 30" E a distance of 195,3 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 0,19 acres of land, more or less.
And a temporary construction easement 30 feet wide on either side
of the above described easement.
