1986-085-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-084, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 86-085
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-084, award the contract for
the construction of Drainage Improvement in the 1300-1400
blocks of 34th Street N.E., to B. Bray Construction Company,
Inc ,; and,
WHEREAS, City Engineer, David K, Tompkins recommends
the amendment of said contract by Change Order No. 1
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for a net
decrease in contract price of $910.00 to a total of
$28,282.00, as a result of deleting 182 lineal feet of
Channel Excavation from Bid Item 7; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the contract for Drainage Improvement in the
1300-1400 blocks of 34th Street N.E. is hereby amended by
Change Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to
execute said Change Order.
