1986-082-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 85-079 and 86-009 RESOLUTION NO. 86-082 IontEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 85-079 and 86-009 authorize the procurement of right-of-way and temporary easements for the Collegiate Drive Improvement Project from Loop 286 N. E. South to Lamar Ave.; and, WHEREAS, the property needed for said project has been appraised and it is right and proper that the City Attorney, offer said appraised amount to the owners of such property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T, K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to offer the appraised amounts of the property described in Exhibits attached to Resolution No. 85-079 and 86-009 as the same appear on Exhibit A through X attached hereto and in the event that such sums are not acceptable to the owners of such property to proceed as authorized in said Resolution No. 85-079 and 86-009.
