1. Secretary Shelby Gilliam called meeting to order at 4:35 pm.

3. The board reviewed and approved the minutes of the January 11, 2022 meeting.

a. Review current programs, endeavors, events, etc.
b. Discuss transforming strategies
6. Coordinators updates
a. Summarization of appeal to the Paris Downtown Association meeting by Mayor, City Planner, and
Main Street Coordinator about lighting downtown.
b. Review Paris Downtown Goal Planning Document 2022-2023
7. Future agenda items: too many to list!
