BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat. The reason for the platting is for the
construction of a new drive-thru fast food restaurant.
At its meeting held on April 4, 2022, the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously
approved the Preliminary Plat and recommended approval of the Final Plat without conditions.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat without conditions.
