The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference
Room of Station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Thursday, May 5th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the April 121h, 2022 meeting.
4. Review and approve the April 12a', 2022 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion and action on returning contributions to Hayden Kelly and Jordan Stone
6. Discussion and action on canceling our regularly scheduled meeting on May l Oth
7. Discuss plans for joining TMRS
8. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after the last meeting.
9. Adjourn
