1985-030-RES WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell has requested an easement from the City of Paris for the placement of
RESOLUTION NO. 85-030
WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell has requested an easement
from the City of Paris for the placement of one anchor and
down-guys near the Northwest corner of Lot 4 and a part of
Lot 3, being the Westside Fire Station property; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the citizens of
Paris that said easement be granted; and,
WHEREAS, the form of easement attached hereto as
Exhibit A should be approved; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the form of easement attached hereto as Exhibit
A, be, and the same is in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Joe Graham, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute the
easement in favor of Southwestern Bell in the form of
Exhibit A attached hereto.
