1985-029-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris and Campbell Soup Texas, Inc., have reached agreement mutually beneficial
RESOLUTION NO. 85-029
WHEREAS, the City of Paris and Campbell Soup Texas,
Inc., have reached agreement mutually beneficial to the City
of Paris and Campbell Soup Texas, Inc., wherein the City of
Paris sells water to Campbell Soup Texas, Inc., at agreed
minimum delivery pressure and volume in excess of 1.5
million cubic feet per month; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
citizens of Paris that such agreement in the form of Exhibit
A attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in all things
approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the agreement with Campbell Soup Texas, Inc.,
for water service and establishing the consideration for the
same prescribed in Exhibit A attached hereto, and the same
is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Joe Graham, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute the
Water Service Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
