WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, did in Resolution No. 1674, approve the application
for Federal Grant under the Federal Water Pollution Control
Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law No. 92-500 and the rules
and regulations pursuant thereto; and,
WHEREAS, a grant application was made and grant no.
C-481248-0l-0 was accepted by the City of Paris and pros-
ecuted through Step I and into Step II; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of
the opinion that the best interest
would be served if said grant
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That David H. Doty, City Manager of the City of
Paris, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Paris a voluntary termina-
tion of Step II of grant no. C-48l248-02-0 in the form of
Exhibit A attached hereto.
