RESOLUTION NO. R5-050
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. R. Hutchison,
Spencer Abbett, Mrs. Opal Nahas, Billy Brown, Ralph Rodgers,
Leland B. Smith and Homer Thornton as members of the Paris
Hospital Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on June
30, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
Jr., does hereby recommend the re-appointment of J. R.
Hutchison, Spencer Abbett, Mrs. Opal Nahas, Billy Brown,
Ralph Rodgers, Leland B. Smith and Homer Thornton, for a
term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1985, and ending
June 30, 1987; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of J. R. Hutchison, Spencer
Abbett, Mrs. Opal Nahas, Billy Brown, Ralph Rodgers, Leland
B. Smith and Homer Thornton, to serve as members of the
Paris Hospital Authority of the City Paris, for a term of
two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1985, and ending June 30,
1987, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of June, 1985.
