1985-049-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jo Miesch, Bill Payne, Cathie Spearman Swaim, Lowry Carrington, A. W. RESOLUTION NO. 8~-049 WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jo Miesch, Bill Payne, Cathie Spearman Swaim, Lowry Carrington, A. W. Clem, IV, Dr. Don Black, F. I. McClanahan, and Larry McDowell as members of the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1985; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, Jr., does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Jo Miesch, as a member of the board of directors of a local financial institution; Bill Payne, as a member with nursery and/or landscape interest; Cathie Spearman Swaim, as a member of the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County; Lowry Carrington, as Realtor; A. W. Clem, IV, as a member of the Lamar County Bar Asso- ciation; Dr. Don Black,as a member of the Lamar County Genealogy Society; F. I. McClanahan and Larry McDowell, as members at large; for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1985, and ending June 30, 1987; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the re-appointment of Jo Miesch, as a member of the board of directors of a local financial institution; Bill Payne, as a member with nursery and/or landscape interest; Cathie Spearman Swaim, as a member of the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County; Lowry Carrington, as Realtor; A. W. Clem, IV, as a member of the Lamar County Bar Association; Dr. Don Black,as a member of the Lamar County Genealogy Society; F. I. McClanahan and Larry McDowell, as members at large; to serve as members of the of the City Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1985, and ending June 30, 1987, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
