Chairman Dux called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Robert Spain
Mr. Robert Spain presented the Tax Exemption Application for the Rehabilitation of Historic
Properties for the property located at 655 Church Street to include the restoration of the
windows, fascia repair and the addition of rain gutters. A motion was made by Chairman
Dux to approve the Tax Exemption application, seconded by Commissioner Matthews,
motion carried.
The commission adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
