Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Russell Jackson, Cheri Bedford, Cary Lott, Trevor Huie, Brad
Hilliard, Bryan Hargis, Bud Mistry, Mark Pankaj, John Bratcher, Trey Glascock, Kelli McDonald and
Brittney Keys.
Staff Present: Paul Allen, Becky Semple and Gina Crawford.
Chadlee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Minutes: A motion to approve March minutes was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Financials: Russell Jackson presented the March financials. A motion to approve was made by Brittany
Keys, seconded by Brad Hilliard. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Denver Pyle Children's Charity for Uncle Jesse Fishing
Tournament on May 7th, 2022. Based on the scoring criteria Trey Glascock made a motion to approve
$1550.00, seconded by Trevor Huie. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Paris Breakfast Optimist for four Dixie Youth baseball
tournaments. A motion to table this item was made by Brittany Keys, seconded by Bryan Hargis. Becky
Semple will ask for more information to present at the next VCC meeting.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for the Paris Balloon and Music Festival on September 91h -
111h, 2022. Based on the scoring criteria Brittany Keys made a motion to approve $2250.00, seconded
by John Bratcher. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Red River Valley Veterans NE Classic Car Show on June
101h and 11th. Based on the scoring criteria Trey Glascock made a motion to approve $1500.00,
seconded by Bryan Hargis. Motion passed unanimously.
Old Business: Paul Allen stated we will be having Gran Fondo on April 301h
Future business: None.
