WHEREAS, the City of Paris, has need for professional
services and HBW Associates, Incorporated, P. O. Box 710789,
Dallas, Texas 75371, has made a proposal for building
consultation and management recommendations for Library
improvements to the Paris Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
City of Paris that such proposal be accepted and that a
professional services contract in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which should be in
all things approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the proposal of HBW Associates, Inc., for
building consultation and management recommendations for
improvements to the Paris Public Library as described in
Exhibit A attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby
accepted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, Jr., be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute the
Professional Service Contract in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto which is in all things approved.
