WHEREAS, Texas Power & Light Company is desirous of
obtaining an easement across the property of the City of
Paris as described in said easement attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", for the purpose of erecting a distribution
line: and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advantageous to the City of Paris
to allow Texas Power & Light Company an easement for the
purpose of constructing poles and guy anchorages across that
portion of property as described in said easement: NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Texas Power & Light Company be, and it is hereby
given and granted an easement and right-of-way for an
electric distribution line across that portion of the City's
property as set out in said easement attached hereto as
Exhibit "A": and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, Jr., be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the
easement in favor of Texas Power & Light Company in the form
of Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

The center line of said distribution line and telephone line shall be located across said land as follows:
at a point "A" in an existing Texas Power & Light Distribution line.
Beginning
Said point "A" being located 983 feet North and 66 feet East of Grantors
Southwest property corner. Said corner formed by the intersection of grantors
South property line and the East right of way of US Highway 271.
THENCE in a Southwest direction 150 feet more or less to a point in grantors
West property line said point being 864 feet North of above described
Southwest property COrner.
BEGINNING again at point "A".
THENCE, in a Northeast direction 30 feet to a point.
Said right of way being 20 feet wide or 10 feet either side of above described
centerline.
