1985-066-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris
RESOLUTION NO. 85-066
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it
to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris that the
work period for City of paris's employees be established at
28 consecutive days as permitted under Section 7K of the
Fair Labor Standards Act as amended; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the work period for City of Paris employees is
hereby established at 28 consecutive days.
