1985-060-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in Resolution No. 83-050 provide for the establishing

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Resolution No. 83-050 provide for the establishing of the
Housing Rehabilitation Review Board to consist of 5 members
whose term of two (2) years expires on July 31, 1985;
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is currently involved in a
Rental Rehabilitation Program as authorized by Resolution
No. 84-084 and therefore there is a continuing need for the
Housing Rehabilitation Review Board and members should be
appointed to the same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That Foster Stone, Thurman Reese and Betty Kildahl
are hereby re-appointed to the Housing Rehabilitation Review
Board for area Garrett-Grove Target Area as shown on Exhibit
A attached hereto, Walker Target Area as shown on Exhibit
attached hereto and at large respectively for a term of two
(2) years, beginning August 1,1985, and ending July 31,
1987.
2. That Melba Pye Harris, and Rondie Williams,
be appointed as members of the Housing Rehabilitation Review
Board for area Provine West Target Area as shown on Exhibit
A attached hereto and at large, for a two (2) year term
beginning August 1, 1985 and ending July 31, 1987, are by
the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and
confirmed.
