RESOLUTION NO. 85-112
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. B. Bankhead, E.
Ridley Briggs, P. R. Cecil, Duran Davis, Bill Vaughan, June
Reep and Leon Williams as members of the Paris Industrial
Development Corporation of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 10, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
Jr., does hereby recommend the re-appointment of J. B.
Bankhead, P. R. Cecil, Duran Davis and Leon Williams and the
appointment of Rick Rex, Richard Amis and Gary Nash for a
term of six (6) years, beginning December II, 1985, and
ending December 10, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of J. B. Bankhead, P. R.
Cecil, Duran Davis and Leon Williams and the appointment of
Rick Rex, Richard Amis and Gary Nash, to serve as members of
the Paris Industrial Development Corporation of the City of
Paris, for a term of six (6) years, beginning December 11,
1985, and ending December 10, 1991, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1985.
