RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the terms of office of Wayne Brown, Morris
Misso, Jack Denman, Alton Hess, Lyndol Brown and Sims
Norment as members of the Building Commission of the City of
Paris, will expire on December 31, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
Jr., does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Wayne
Brown, Morris Misso, Jack Denman, Alton Hess, Lyndol Brown
and Sims Norment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Wayne Brown under the
classification of Homebuilder, Alton Hess under the classi-
fication of Plumber and Lyndol Brown under the
classification of Realtor respectively, for a term of two
(2) years beginning January I, 1986, and ending December 31,
1987; Morris Misso, under the classification of Commercial
Builder, Jack Denman, under the classification of Developer,
Sims Norment, under the classification of Insurance Agent,
respectively, for a term of four (4) years, beginning
January 1, 1986, and ending December 31, 1989, to serve as
members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, be,
and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1985.
