1985-100-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore in Resolution No. 83-004 authorize
RESOLUTION NO.
85-100
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore in Resolution No. 83-004 authorize contracting
with David H. Doty for professional services as City Manager
of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, said contract was thereafter amended on the
9th day of April, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it
to be in the best interest of the City of Paris that
David H. Doty' s employment contract be amended upon the
terms and conditions and in the form of Addendum No. 1
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and such form should be
approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Professional Service Contract with David H.
Doty, be, amended as contained in Addendum No. 1 attached
hereto as Exhibit A, the form of which is hereby approved;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, Jr., be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, the
Addendum No. 1 to the Professional Service Contract with
David H. Doty.

This Addendum to Professional Service Contract by and
between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and David H. Doty,
dated February 7, 1983, and amended April 9, 1984, is this
11th day of November, 1985, amended as follows:
Paragraph 4. A. is amended by adding thereto the
following:
"From October 5, 1985 to September 30, 1986,
$2,170.00;"
