1985-097-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 1961, passed on the 13th
RESOLUTION NO.
85-097
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 1961, passed on the 13th day of
August, 1979, authorize the providing of pound service to
the City of Cooper; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris Pound is overcrowded and the
City of Paris is unable to continue pound service for the
City of Cooper; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That pound service to the City of Cooper be
terminated at the close of business on December 31, 1985;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk of the City
of Paris, give notice to the City of Cooper of the
termination of such pound service.
