1985-090-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris has undertaken a project to improve the Paris Public Library constructing and RESOLUTION NO. 85-090 WHEREAS, the City of Paris has undertaken a project to improve the Paris Public Library constructing and refurbish- ing the existing building and making additions thereto which required increasing the land area to be occupied by the improved Paris Public Library; and, WHEREAS, the property descriptions of the property required for the completion of said project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto is necessary for said project and that the same should be condemrled; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemrl the above described property to be used for Library improvement to the Paris Public Library.
