1985-082-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 85-062, award the
RESOLUTION NO.
85-082
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 85-062, award the contract for
construction of two earthen wastewater containment basins,
yard piping installation, concrete structures, and required
appurtenances, entitled Wastewater Flow Equalization
Facility, to D. L. Lennon, Incorporated; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering, John Buss,
reconnnends the amendment of said contract by Change Order
No.1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for the
furnishing and installing of a buried electrical wire to
serve the high level float switch and deleting certain
insurance requirements; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Wastewater Flow Equalization Facility
contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 1 attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
George Fisher, Jr., is hereby authorized and directed on
behalf of the City of Paris to execute said Change Order.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of September, 1985.
