preliminary plat and recommended approval of the final plat with conditions.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat of the Red River Business Park Addition, Lots 1-
5, Block A, subject to the following recommended condition of the City Engineer:
1. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV, (9): Building setback lines shall be shown.
