1985-068-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Sewer
RESOLUTION NO. 85-068
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Sewer Service
to Harlan Heights Addition in accordance with plans and
specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the
completion of said utility project is shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easement is necessary for said improvement
project and that the same should be condemned; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for sanitary sewer
service to Harlan Heights Addition.
