1984-013-RES WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Committee of Architectural Preservation of
RESOLUTION NO. 84-013
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Committee of Architectural Preservation of the Central
Business District of the City of Paris since W. C. Francis
no longer holds the position which qualified him to serve on
said committee, and it is necessary to appoint his successor,
and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, having
appointed Nathan Bell, a member of the Visitors and
Convention Council of Paris and Lamar County Chamber of
Commerce, to serve the unexpired term of W. C. Francis,
which ends June 30, 1984, and has submitted the name of such
person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Nathan Bell, a member of the
Visitors and Convention Council of Paris and Lamar County
Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the Committee of Archi-
tectural Preservation of the Central Business District of
the City of Paris of the City of Paris, to serve the
unexpired term of W. C. Francis, which ends June 30, 1984,
is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
