1984-011-RES WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Building Commission of the City of Paris
RESOLUTION NO. 84-011
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris since Willard
Townsend and Rick Conner no longer hold the positions which
qualified them to serve on said commission, and it is
necessary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the
City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Roy Sparks, Lone
Star Gas Company representative and Tom Pine, City Engineer
to serve until their successors are appointed and has
submitted the names of such persons to the City Council of
the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: that the appointments of Roy Sparks and Tom Pine, as
members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to
serve until their successors are appointed, are by the City
Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of February, 1984.
