WHEREAS, the terms of office of Nathan Bell, Cathie
Spearman Swaim, Bob Burns and David Denney as members of the
Architectural Preservation of the Central Business District
of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Nathan Bell, as
a member of the Visitors and Convention Council of Paris and
Lamar County Chamber of Commerce; Cathie Spearman Swaim, as
a member of the Lamar County Historical Commission; and Bob
Burns and David Denney, as citizens of Lamar County, for a
term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1984, and ending
June 30, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Nathan Bell, as a member
of the Visitors and Convention Council of Paris and Lamar
County Chamber of Commerce; Cathie Spearman Swaim, as a
member of the Lamar County Historical Commission; and Bob
Burns and David Denney, as citizens of Lamar County, to
serve as members of the Architectural Preservation of the
Central Business District of the City Paris, for a term of
two (2) years, beginning July l, 1984, and ending June 30,
1986, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
