SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the FREEUP Storage Paris
Expansion Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, LCAD Property ID 18799, located at 2510
Spur 139.
DATE: August 22, 2022
BACKGROUND
At its 8/1/22 meeting the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval with noted
conditions.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval based upon the 4 recommended conditions:
1. Include the proposed finished floor evaluation (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (8)).
2. Include the appropriate certification (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV (14)).
3. Prior to the filing of the final plat, civil site plans must be provided, reviewed and
approved (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section VIII, (J)).
4. Prior to the filing of the final plat, all offsite improvements (e.g. water line) shall be
installed, inspected and accepted by the City (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section VIII, (J)).
