44 properties were identified as Vacant Buildings:
* 3 of those properties had already came into compliance
15 of those properties were pending receipt for registration
• 26 of those properties had not responded to initial notices
Au,;ust, 2022:
32 of the 44 properties have come into compliance.
12 properties had not responded to initial notices or courtesy phone calls:
• Violation notices were sent to the owners of the 12 properties (6 of the
12 properties are owned by 2 individuals)
• Of the 12 violation notices that were sent, 5 owners who represent 7
of the 12 non-compliant properties have responded. Three of those
owners are now in compliance with their properties, and the other two
owners are working towards compliance
3 owners who represent the other 5 of the 12 non-compliant properties
have not responded to the violation notices
As of 8/16/22, 37 of the 44 properties have come into compliance
Selte� 2022:
Any non-compliant owners who have not responded to the violation notices, or are
not working with the Community Development Department towards coming into
compliance, will be subject to a complaint filed in Municipal Court.
