June 9, 2022
Present: Curtis Fendley, Angie Carter, Dr. Shaneka Scott, Sydney Young, Dr. Wally Kraft, Trey Peeples, Colton Perry,
Brittany Johnson, Robert Staples, Jerimy Beshirs, Russell Jackson. Kenzie Jackson, guest of Sydney Young.
Staff: Gina Crawford, Randy Nation and Paul Allen
Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 12:17 pm.
Russell Jackson gave an overview of the May 2022 financials. These were accepted into the minutes by Curtis
Fendley.
April minutes were reviewed. A motion to approve was made by Colton Perry, seconded by Trey Peeples, motion
passed unanimously.
Paul Allen stated that the renovations are slowly moving along, paint is complete on outside and has begun on
inside, we are still waiting for tile to arrive, should be here by June 13, 2022. The main hall and kitchen floor
started today and will be complete in 10 days. Paul Allen also stated that the new carpet for main hall wall would
be around 12K and the kitchen floor will be around 15K.
Curtis Fendley gave a motion to adjourn at 12:23 pm.
