1984-035-RES WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, H. C. Greene, has numerous duties and is from
RESOLUTION NO. 84-035
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, H. C. Greene, has numerous duties and is from time to
time required to be out of the City and it is therefore
appropriate that an Assistant City Clerk be appointed to act
in his stead; and,
WHEREAS, Mattie Hines is an appropriate person to be so
appointed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Mattie Hines is hereby appointed acting City
Clerk to act in the stead of H. C. Greene when he is
occupied with other duties absent from the City, or
incapable of acting as City Clerk.
