1984-034 - PUblic hearing to be held by and before P&Z 06/04/1984 at 7:00pmRESOLUTION NO. 84 -034
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been
made aware of the fact that a Lots 2, 3 and 4, City Block
313, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, have
a zoning classification of A, temporary; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
citizens of Paris that such temporary zoning classification
be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Paris and in the event that the same should be
changed to a permanant zoning classification that such
recommendation should be made to the City Council for final
action; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that a public hearing
be set before the Planning and Zoning Commission at 7:00
o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on the 4th day of June, 1984 and before the City
Council at 5:15 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of June, 1984;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the matter of appropriate zoning on Lots 2,3 and
4, City Block 313, be, and the same is hereby referred to
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for
its recommendation concerning the proper zoning of the same;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Paris at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 4th day of June, 1984 and a
public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the
City of Paris at 5:15 o'clock P.M. in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas on the 7th day of June, 1984, said public
hearings to be held concerning appropriate zoning on said
property.
