1984-032-RES WHEREAS, the term of office of Billy Joe Burnett as member of the Traffic Commission of the City of
RESOLUTION NO. 84-032
WHEREAS, the term of office of Billy Joe Burnett as
member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris did
expire on June 30, 1983, and it is necessary to appoint his
successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham
does hereby recommend the appointment of Gerald Wayne Byas
to serve the remainder of the term which began on July 1,
1983 and ends June 30, 1986, and has submitted the name of
such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS; that the appointment of Gerald Ivayne Byas
as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris,
to serve the remainder of the term which ends June 30, 1986,
is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
