WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution 84-023 authorize a project plan for
projects entitled Landfill Closure and Infiltration and
Inflow Flow Equalization Basin Projects; and,
WHEREAS, the property descriptions of
required for the completion of said projects
in said Resolution; and,
the property
was contained
WHEREAS, the property needed for said projects has been
appraised and it is right and proper that the City Attorney,
offer said appraised amount to the owners of such property;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to offer the appraised
amounts of the property described in Exhibit A attached to
Resolution No. 84-023 as the same appear on Exhibit A
attached hereto and in the event that such sums are not
acceptable to the owners of such property to proceed as
authorized in said Resolution No. 84-023.
