PENSION BOARD MEETING AGENDA
Tuesday, September 13th, 2022
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference
Room of Station one at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the August 2022 meeting.
4. Review and approve the August/September 2022 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion and action on having RHI make benefit calculations
6. Discussion and action on sending board members to the TLFFRA conference October 2nd thru
4th.
7. Approve payment on invoices
8. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after the last meeting.
9. Adjourn
