Call to Order
Mr. Bray called the special meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 12:00 p.m. on
September 26, 2022. Mr. Bray noted a quorum is present.
Citizens' Input
Mr. Bray invited those present to speak during Citizens' Input. No one came forward and the Citizens' Input was
closed.
Convene into Executive Session:
1) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the purchase,
exchange, lease, or value of real property.
Chairman Bray convened the Board into Executive Session at 12:02 p.m.
Reconvene into Open Session and Consider Action on Item(s) Discussed in Executive Session
Chairman Bray reconvened the Board into Open Session at 12:06 p.m.

Mr. Roddy made a motion to accept the offer from Atmos Energy in the amount of $25,000 to secure an
easement on 0.6 acres of land at our existing 200 -acre site on the SW Loop and authorize Chairman Bray to
execute all necessary documents to facilitate the transaction. Mr. Coleman seconded the motion.
Vote: 5 -ayes to 0 -nays

No future agenda items were brought forward to discuss.

Mr. Fendley made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Roddy seconded the motion.
