RESOLUTION NO. 84-063
WHEREAS, the City of Paris
February l4, 1983 in Resolution No.
procurement for easement for drainage
N. W. Street drainage project; and,
WHEREAS, in lieu thereof the City has purchased lots
29, 30, 3l, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and part of lots 2, 3, and 4
Block 5, Sperry's First Addition to the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
did heretofore on
224l authorized the
project known as 28th
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and part of
lots 2,3, and 4, Block 5, Sperry's First Addition to the
City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That after the completion of
the drainage project, if there is excess property remaining
for which the City has no use the same will be reported to
the City Council for decision on use of the same.
