1984-069-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 84-027 authorize the repair and restoration
RESOLUTION NO. 84-069
WHEREAS, the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution
No. 84-027 authorize the repair and restoration of the
Central Interceptor under emergency conditions; and,
WHEREAS, a temporary permit was procured from Burlington-
Northern Railroad in order that said emergency repair and
restoration could proceed without delay and at the same time
did make application for a permanent license and permission
to excavate for, construct, maintain and operate a twenty-
four inch (24") sanitary sewage pipeline; and,
WHEREAS, Exhibit A in the form required by Burlington-
Northern Railroad Company attached hereto will grant such
license upon acceptance by the City of Paris and final
execution by Burlington-Northern Railroad Company; and,
WHEREAS, such license agreement should be executed by
the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Paris, the pipeline license agreement
attached hereto as Exhibit A evidencing the City of Paris
acceptance of the same.
