1984-090-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt of a deed from Paris Independent School
RESOLUTION NO.
84-090
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in
receipt of a deed from Paris Independent School District
conveying Lot 10, City Block 101-A to the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris plans to use said property
for public use in the future, and it would be in the best
interest of the citizens of the City of Paris to accept such
deed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the conveyance of Lot 10, City Block 101-A
described in such deed attached hereto as Exhibit A is in
all things accepted.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of December, 1984.
