RESOLUTION NO. 84-088
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 27th day of September, 1984, let bids for
insurance coverage for the City of Paris, the successful
bidder being the Texas Municipal League Joint Self-Insurance
Fund, and it is fitting and proper that the City of Paris
enter into an Inter10ca1 Agreement with said fund; and,
WHEREAS, the form of said Inter10ca1 Agreement is
attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS
THAT the City Manager of the City of Paris, David H. Doty,
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Paris an Interloca1 Agreement with
Texas Municipal League Joint Self-Insurance Fund in the form
of Exhibit A attached hereto.
