1984-097 - Vacancy on the membership of the Advisory Board of HealthRESOLUTION N0. 84 -097
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris due to the
resignation of Dr. Charles McMillan, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Rick Casey, J. H.
Blankinship, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and
Dr. Wallace Kraft as members of the Advisory Board of Health
of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend the appointment of Reverend Samuel
Evans and the re- appointment of Dr. Rick Casey, J. H.
Blankinship, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and
Dr. Wallace Kraft, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1985, and ending December 31, 1986; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of Reverend Samuel Evans and the
re- appointment of Dr. Rick Casey, J. H. Blankinship, Mrs.
Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and Dr. Wallace Kraft,
to serve as members of the Advisory Board of Health of the
City Paris, for a term of two (�) years, beginning January
1, 1985, and ending December 31, 1986, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of December, 1984.
