RESOLUTION NO. 84-096
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Paris Industrial Development Corporation of the City of
Paris due to the resignation of Moody L. Graham, and it is
necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the
City of Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Bill Vaughan to
serve the unexpired term of Moody L. Graham, which ends
December 10, 1985, and has submitted the name of such person
to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Bill Vaughan, as a member of
the Paris Industrial Development Corporation of the City of
Paris, to serve the unexpired term of Moody L. Graham, which
ends December 10, 1985, is by the City Council of the City
of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
