RESOLUTION NO. 84-095
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the
resignation of David Kennemer, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Joe Graham, having appointed Sims Norment to serve the
unexpired term of David Kennemer, which ends December 31,
1985, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Sims Norment, as a member of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to serve the
unexpired term of David Kennemer, which ends December 31,
1985, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
