RESOLUTION NO. 84-094
WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfoot and Richard Nafe as members of
the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory,
III, Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfoot and Richard Nafe, and the
appointment of J. P. Shull, for a term of two (2) years,
beginning January 1,1985, and ending December 31,1986;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory, III, Alex
Woods, W. M. Lightfoot and Richard Nafe, and the appointment
of J. P. Shull, to serve as members of the Board of
Adjustment of the City Paris, for a term of two (2) years,
beginning January 1, 1985, and ending December 31, 1986, be,
and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of December, 1984.
