Call meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

A motion was made to approve the minutes with corrections noted by Commissioner Holtman,
seconded by Commissioner Emmite, motion carried
The facade grant for 10 N. Plaza was tabled.
A motion was made by Commissioner Emmite to elect Commissioner Coyle as vice chairman of
the commission. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Vandiver, motion carried.
Cheri gave an update:
a. programs and events in downtown.
b. the presentation of the UTA students.
c. grants
d. art on the wall owned by Archer Construction on Bonham
e. Plan for health meeting with TxDot
£ back -in angle parking in downtown
Hearing no other business the Commissioner Vandiver made a motion to adjourn, seconded by
Commissioner Emmite, motion carried.
