Governing Board Minutes
Love Civic Center
November 17, 2022
Present: Curtis Fendley, Levi Graham, Trey Peeples, Colton Perry, Brittany Johnson, Robert Staples, Chase Coleman
and Russell Jackson.
Staff: Paul Allen and Gina Crawford
Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 1:03 pm.
Chase Coleman gave an overview of the October financials. Motion to approve made by Robert Staples, seconded
by Trey Peeples.
August minutes were reviewed. A motion to approve was made by Chase Coleman, seconded by Robert Staples,
motion passed unanimously.
Paul Allen stated that renovations are almost complete. Still a few minor things in bathrooms and touch up paint
to be done.
New husiness-
Paul Allen stated that the sign out front has gone out. We are looking into options and bids to repair or replace.
We will check with East Paris Baptist Church.
Curtis Fendley gave a motion to adjourn at 1:12 pm.
