Chairman Dux called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m.
No one present to speak in citizens 116rUln.
Chairman Dux read out loud the meeting minutes of November 2022 for approval. A motion was
made to approve the minutes as presented by Coturnissioner Coyle, seconded by Commissioner
Emmite, motion carried.
Commissioners Glee Emmite and Linda Vandiver volunteered to serve on a subcommittee to discuss
next steps on public outreach for the Cine Bluff and Fitzhugh.
Cheri Bedford the following updates to Commission.
I -low the pre -development meetings are conducted.
Reviewed Certificates of Appropriateness approved in house.
Imagine the Possibilities planning: Preservation Month set for May 13, 2023
Dowritown.,rx.org needs updating
Texas Downtown Presidents Awards begin to consider nominations (due in July)
Variance request for signage.

Maintenance for Historic properties
